Showing a light- cherry color. On the nose it opens with spices and red berries (cornel, cranberry bush, bird cherry), currant leaves, gooseberry, jostaberry. On the palate it is strong and extended, with good acidity and deep spicy finish with hints of mild roasted coffee beans, cacao, bay leaf, tkemali.

production method

Manual harvesting in October 2021. Grape processing and fermentation of each block separately: manual grape bunch sorting, destemming, optical sorting of grape berries, gentle grape crushing. A fermentation on lees and subsequent post-maceration in stainless steel tanks for about 2-3 weeks, systematic remontage, malolactic fermentation. 50% of total volume was aged in French oak barrels and boots for a period of 10 months.

Bright red poppies are swinging on their tall and thin stems like thousands of lights celebrating summer, sun and life! A poppy is a beautiful and interesting plant. It has a special mechanism for reproduction - a capsule containing seeds inside. When the capsule matures, it opens and the seeds scatter around the plant. This allows the poppy to spread seeds over long distances and colonize new territories. That is why poppy is known all over the world - Africa, Europe, western Asia, the Indian subcontinent and the North Caucasus.
