Pale straw yellow to the eye. Flavor is fruity and intense. The nose reveals aromas of melon, duchess pear, asparagus, bell pepper, litchi, minerality (sea stones, silica), lemon zest, grapefruit, pomelo. On the palate it expresses intensity with juicy and gastronomic notes, with good acidity. On the finish it appears with hints of lime, kiwi fruit and apricot seed.
